Our privacy policy
- Türev Yazılım will not disclose to third parties the personal information users submit through www.turevweb.com, other than for the purposes and within the scope set out in Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK) and this Privacy Policy. Personal information covers the name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address and any other information that identifies the user, referred to here as “Confidential Information”.
- Except in the cases defined in this Privacy Policy and in the User Agreement, Türev Yazılım will not disclose personal information to any company or third party. “Anonymisation of personal data” means rendering data impossible to associate with an identified or identifiable natural person, even when matched with other data. Türev Yazılım may use personal information internally to build customer profiles and produce statistics, and may share only anonymised information with third parties for that purpose.
- Türev Yazılım undertakes to keep personal information strictly private and confidential, to treat this as a duty of secrecy, and to take all necessary measures and exercise due care to establish and maintain confidentiality and to prevent all or any part of the confidential information from entering the public domain, being used without authorisation or being disclosed to a third party.
- Türev Yazılım may obtain information about users and their use of the site through a technical communication file (a cookie). Users may change their browser settings so that such files are not received, or so that a warning is shown when one is sent.
- Türev Yazılım may amend this policy at any time without prior notice in accordance with KVKK, and may announce material changes on the website.
Purpose and scope
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to set out the conditions governing the use of personal data shared with Türev Yazılım A.Ş. by users, members and visitors of the website (“Data Subject”), or generated by Türev Yazılım while the Data Subject uses the website, and to ensure that such personal data is processed in accordance with Law no. 6698 and other relevant legislation. By using the site the Data Subject declares that they have been informed about the processing of their personal data. If you do not accept the conditions set out here, please stop using the website.

Which data is processed?
The following personal data is collected and processed within the scope of this Policy: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address and IP address. Information about the Data Subject's use of the website may be obtained through cookies, and IP information may be collected through cookies in order to understand how the services offered on the site are accessed and used. Under articles 3 and 7 of KVKK, data that has been irreversibly anonymised is not considered personal data, and processing of such data is not bound by this Policy.
Why is your data used?
Personal data is collected through cookies while you use the website, or through the fields you complete yourself. It is processed in order to plan and carry out the activities required to tailor and present our products and services to the preferences, usage habits and needs of the relevant people; to plan and carry out market research for the sale and marketing of products and services; and to plan and carry out marketing processes for those products and services.

In order to prevent the unlawful processing of your personal data, to prevent unlawful access to it and to keep it stored securely, we undertake to take every technical and administrative measure needed to provide an appropriate level of security and to carry out the necessary audits. Your personal data will not be processed or shared with third parties in breach of this Policy or of Law no. 6698.
Your rights
By submitting a request to us, you may exercise the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data:

- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data has been transferred
- To request correction if your data is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request erasure or destruction of your data within the conditions set by the legislation
- To request that corrections, erasures and destructions be notified to the third parties with whom your data was shared
- To object to a result reached against you through analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage because your data was processed unlawfully
Requests concerning your rights will be concluded and notified to you within thirty days at the latest.
